Prior to joining io9, Mr. Hamilton was CEO & Executive Board member of Epigenomics AG, CEO and Director of AltheaDx Inc., COO and CFO of Enigma Diagnostics Inc., VP of Operations and Finance at Third Wave Technologies Inc. and VP of Operations at Hologic Inc. He has been responsible for multiple FDA-cleared products including the first ever FDA approved liquid biopsy test in oncology, a Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) High Risk Screening assay and the first ever cleared HPV genotyping assay. Mr. Hamilton received his MBA from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Purdue University.
